It is our sixth-grade transition program at Valley Middle School of STEM. Every sixth-grade student is assigned an eighth-grade WEB Leader who is responsible for assisting a group of sixth-grade students throughout the year.
The goal of WEB is to provide schools with a structure in which students make real connections with each other thus increasing school safety and reducing incidence of bullying. Through this program, students learn that people at school care about them and their success. WEB is the middle school transition program that will increase student achievement, enhance character development efforts and create an anti-bullying environment at your school.
Due to safety and security concerns, we are temporarily pausing the use of Zoom for classes/groups of students and teachers. Limited use (one student to one staff member) is permitted. We are researching options to determine the safest platform. More information will be available by Friday.
